WEIDA VERTICAL MILLS - KNEE MODEL

This is the largest unit Micro-Tech imports. This machine is a good basic mill and comes with a basic specification suited for the New Zealand user. Robust and strong. The head assembly tilts either left or right to 90 degrees. Dovetail slideways on all axis. Coarse and fine quill feed. Available with users choice of either NT30 or R8 tapers. The machine is also available in either single phase geared head drive, single phase belt head drive, or with 3-phase motor with RHYMEBUS invertor/speed controller.

Options include power feeds, factory installed DRO, coolant systems. A solid machine, requires a good concrete floor..

The basic knee mill models are either the XZ7550C gear driven or the XZ7550F belt driven.

Standard accessories include drill chuck, drawbar, spindle bar, reduction sleeve. NB. The right hand illustration includes the optional auto feed, coolant and light systems.
